Individual therapy is a transformative and empowering journey that can lead to profound personal growth and healing. Whether you’re struggling with past trauma, facing life transitions, or simply seeking a better understanding of yourself, we can help provide you with the tools and support you need.

EMDR is a therapeutic approach that has shown remarkable effectiveness in helping individuals process and heal from trauma. It’s based on the findings that our brains have a natural capacity to heal from traumatic experiences, much like our bodies can heal from physical injuries. EMDR harnesses this innate ability through a structured and evidence-based protocol.

The Gottman Method is a type of couples therapy developed by Dr. John Gottman and Dr. Julie Schwartz Gottman. Interventions used in the Gottman Method are research-based and grounded in the Sound Relationship House theory, which specifies nine elements of a healthy relationship. The Gottman Method aims "to disarm conflicting verbal communication; increase intimacy, respect, and affection; remove barriers that create a feeling of stagnancy, and create a heightened sense of empathy and understanding within the context of the relationship."

The Grief Recovery Method® is an evidence-based, action-oriented grief program that helps people move through the pain of loss. It gives you a roadmap and builds a sense of safety and trust in your own ability
to manage grief.

Clinical supervision is essential for social workers and registered psychotherapists, enhancing their professional competence and personal well-being. It provides a structured space for continuous learning, where practitioners can refine clinical skills, navigate complex ethical dilemmas, and receive guidance on best practices. Supervision fosters self-reflection and emotional resilience, helping clinicians process work-related challenges and reducing the risk of burnout, moral injury, compassion fatigue, and impostor syndrome. Through constructive feedback and mentorship, practitioners build confidence, strengthen their professional identity, and deliver high-quality, ethical care, ultimately benefiting both themselves and their clients.
Drawing on my professional and personal experience, I specialize in empowering Social Workers and Psychotherapists (RP and RP(Q)s) to thrive in their practice. My tailored supervision approach helps clinicians build self-assurance, effectively manage ethical and practical challenges, and safeguard their well-being. My goal is to support practitioners in feeling inspired and balanced, ensuring they reach their full potential.
As a registered member of the OCSWSSW and an approved CRPO supervisor, I provide supervision attestation forms for qualifying and fully registered psychotherapists upon request.
